Why are you doing this?

It’s Friday already! I hope your first few days have been delicious!

As we enter the weekend, I invite you to reconnect with your intentions for this 10 day cleanse…

What are some of the factors that compelled you to say yes to a change?

Cleansing isn’t just about taking care of your body, although that’s a big piece! Maybe you’d like to be healthier so you show up in a different way for your loved ones. Maybe for more clarity and effectiveness in your work. Maybe you are craving to feel more connected to the spiritual dimensions of yourself. Maybe you’re about to get married, or pregnant or divorced or begin growing a long held dream… It's about being the best you for whatever you are here to do!

When we change our diet, a lot of other pieces end up shifting at the same time. There is often a little break with social habits which often tend to revolve around dining or drinking with friends and family. This creates a bit of space for something new to come in… What will you do with a little extra space?

Journaling during a cleanse can be a great way to clean up some mental clutter. Many of us have thoughts and anxieties that can get stuck on repeat; chatter looping in the background of the mind, endlessly.  One way to quiet those voices is simply to write them down… sounds too easy, but often works like a charm.

Another really amazing way to use a journal is for future inspiration and goal setting. This could be a huge ‘why’ for your personal cleanse. Maybe there is a big project ahead or you are really focusing on manifesting a major change in your career or love life. Cleaning things up can bring fresh energy and focus to your mission.

When we have this big picture in place, it makes it much easier to have the willpower to stick to our goals!

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend :)

Warmly,

Jennifer
